The Kimkins Diet — also known as the Diet of Death — is nothing more than starvation.   Plain and simple.   The creator of the  Kimkins Diet — Kimmer, also known as Heidi Diaz — is currently the defendant in a class action lawsuit and also is being investigated by state and federal agencies for fraud.

Don’t believe me?   Find out for yourself.   Google “Kimkins scam” and you’ll see.

The worst thing about the Kimkins Diet is that like all starvation diets it can kill unborn children and children who are nursing, or cause birth defects, because the Mom isn’t getting proper nutrition.    She is starving herself — and that means she’s also starving her baby.

Nobody has the right to starve a baby.    Nobody.    

If you need or want to lose weight, go to your doctor, educate yourself about the absolute necessity of prenatal and neonatal nutrition — if you love your baby, feed your body.   Eat healthy.   Eat plenty.  And don’t starve yourself or your baby.
